My plants are not dark green they are light green. What can I do to make my plants green green. Not using co2. Just planted tank, planted gravel with RCS.

I purchased a 19W 5K CFL from Home Depot a few weeks back to use in a desktop lamp over my open topped 2.5g mini bow. I recently upgraded to a 5g tank, and moved all my plants over. If it helps, here’s my list of plants:

How do I get rid of it? Its growing on the stems of some crypts in my tank and on the edges of anubias leaves. Pulling it off is a pain, is there a way to dose it or something that will eat it? Only endlers, cherry shrimp, nerites and a bunch of plants (few crypts, anubias, java moss, guppy…
When I started my tank my wife went out and bought a few plants. The thing is not really sure what they are. One was just a few leaf cuttings and it keeps producing little plants on it but nothing more then what is in the picture.
The other one is just very long leaves and keeps shooting up…
I read articles suggesting my water temp be 74-82 degrees (24-28C) to grow water wisteria. Provided everything else be sufficient, lights, ferts etc, do you think it will be ok in slightly cooler water?
