Potting soil as substrate

I'm mineralizing soil for a planted 10 gallon and I bought this organic potting mix, problem is I didnt realize it had those white pellets and what not in it. Should I not use this kind and go out and find a purely soil kind of soil? Or would this be okay after mineralizing and sifting?

Ingredients: sphagnum peat moss, peat humus, perlite, and dolomitic limestone
